    its normal to feel stress but how can we turn the stress to a fatige !!? then we need just to have a good sleep!! ;i think we have to be aweare when stress come,because we can reduse the unhealthy effect ; we need to be preventife and ready for it ;knowing your work , the best place at work ;your positive friends ,your positife thought and the importance to be good can make stress an understanding moments ,any way dont give a chance to stress ,love yourself and be positive at work !!!!!!
